All purchases made at Dank Dad Designs are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged due to manufacturing error or shipping mishandling, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence. We will investigate and determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate at our sole discretion.

Non-Delivery

If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, or if your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us immediately with your order number and tracking information. We will work with you and our shipping partner to locate your package. If the package cannot be recovered, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Incorrect Order

If we ship you an incorrect item due to our error, contact us within 14 days with proof of the error. We will send you the correct item at no additional charge and provide return shipping for the incorrect item.
